Temporary Platform Interruptions on Thursday, June 11, as Part of Digital Health Services Upgrade

The National eHealth Authority has informed the public that on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 08:00 to 16:00, scheduled upgrade works will be carried out on the website of the National Contact Point for eHealth in Cyprus (NCPeH CY).

During the works, brief and temporary interruptions to the platform’s operation may occur. According to the announcement, the upgrade is part of the continuous improvement of digital health services, aiming to further enhance the security, reliability, and efficiency of the services provided to citizens and healthcare professionals.

The National Contact Point for eHealth is a core pillar of the European Union’s cross-border electronic health services, enabling the secure exchange of health data between Cyprus and the other member states participating in the MyHealth@EU system.
